Alley Cat Yellow 65mm

I think Alley Cat was a UK company.
This is the softest wheel I have ever felt, I'm sure it's claimed Duro was 74, but it feels even softer, this thing is like putty!
It contains a metal washer as a bearing seat, just like Star-Trac Kryptonics did.
